The organization is structured in five General Directorates.

d) Ensuring the Quality and Competitiveness of Agricultural Products.
These activities are supported by the General Directorate of Administration and Finance.
Board of Directors of ELGO-DIMITRA
Spyridon Mamalis, Professor of Democritus University of Thrace, as Chairman of the Board.
Nektarios Vidakis, Professor of the Hellenic Mediterranean University, as First Vice-Chairman of the Board.
Panagiotis Hatzinikolaou, employee of the General Secretariat for Research and Innovation, as Second Vice-Chairman of the Board.
Martha Bakoyannis, representative of the Ministry of Rural Development and Food, as a member, with Georgia Vaitsi, representative of the same Ministry, as her deputy.
Athanasios Bandis, representative of the Geotechnical Chamber of Greece, as a member, with Nikolaos Bokaris as his deputy.
The appointment of a new representative of the Geotechnical Chamber of Greece is pending, with deputy Nikolaos Bokaris.
Andreas Dimitriou, representative of the National Union of Agricultural Cooperatives, as a member, with Diamantoula Kritikou as his deputy.
Panagiotis Katsaris, employee representative, as a member with Ioanna Ztaliou as his deputy.
